When am I charged?

Renewals, upgrades and packs.

• Subscribing: immediately, for the first month.
• Renewal: automatically at the end of each period, until you cancel. The date is on the Billing page.
• Upgrade: immediately, for the difference.
• Smaller plan, cancellation: no charge; they apply at the end of the period.
• Credit pack: immediately, once.

Every payment, successful or declined, is listed at the bottom of the Billing page.
