My generation failed. What about the credits?

Failed generations are refunded.

Credits are debited before submission. A confirmed failure or moderation refusal refunds the debit to its original credit source, subject to its expiry date.

A generation that never started is not charged: if you cancel while it is still queued, or if it could not be submitted at all, the debit is refunded.

A prompt that was refused will usually be refused again. Edit it before retrying.
